STAYTRAK STANDARD SUPPORT: If you can access StayTrak but have questions, issues, or need new rates etc. then you can email us at support@staytrak.com or call 919-342-4896. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer. We will respond to issues of this type during normal business hours Monday-Friday.


STAYTRAK IS UNUSABLE: If you are having trouble connecting to StayTrak or if it is slow to the point of being unusable, please do the following:

  1. If you are seeing the message Access denied - Incorrect URL used for initial signon/ Security violation logged, then you are not using the correct URL for your initial signon. Please use the following:

    https://center.staytrak.net/playdate?stk=plydt.u7JB5e7a

  2. If you see the message A system error has occured trying to process your request then you are getting to StayTrak but there is some sort of technical problem with StayTrak. It typically only impacts the specific action you are trying, but it sometimes impacts all StayTrak activity. Hit the back arrow and try again. If this message persists and it is preventing you from using StayTrak, please call the numbers at the bottom.

  3. If you get no response from StayTrak, or are seeing messages like "website unavailable", then try Google:

    http://www.google.com

    If Google does not respond, then either the world has come to an end or your internet connection is down. Try accessing StayTrak over a different internet connection such as a mobile device

  4. If Google comes up, try the following:

    http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/center.staytrak.net

    If it says Staytrak is up, then this is probably an internet routing issue. These are temporary and only impact certain locations and websites.

  5. To force a different internet route, try:

    https://center2.staytrak.net/playdate?stk=plydt.u7JB5e7a

    If this works but the link in step #1 does not, please call StayTrak Support at the numbers listed below to report the issue. We might not be able to do anything about it but it helps to know. Note there is no harm or difference when using staytrak2.net vs. staytrak.net

  6. If none of this works, then it appears the StayTrak system and/or the Amazon Cloud may be having problems. Please call StayTrak Support at the numbers listed below.

  7. While StayTrak is down you can access a snapshot of your system made last night with Center Status updated every 15 minutes:

    You can view family information, reports, prepaid plans, etc. as normal but won't be able to alter anything.
